Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient yoga therapy which combines yoga postures with touch technique to promote deep stretching, relaxation and healing, improve circulation, boost the immune system, and balance the body. This technique can improve posture, breathing, flexibility, digestion and circulation.

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Improved Strength and Flexibility; Improved Coordination and Mental Clarity, Reduction of Stress, Improved Pain Management and the ability to Meet and Socialize with other people.

Yin Yoga is a deep, soft, yet challenging practice that focuses on deeper, longer stretching and holding of yoga postures. This guided class works with postures that encourage fascia release and rejuvenation of the body to help open the lower back, hips and sacrum.

HOLISTIC APPROACH TO NUTRITION AND MOVEMENT

One of the best ways to prepare your body for stretching and exercise is through nutrition.  Good nutrition compliments any exercise program by providing the fuel it needs to perform the movements.  When we make better choices with food, we honor our body in its truest form.
